This weekend was the annual festival celebrating Montmartre's vineyard, and today was the first sunny day in a week. So, after two hot chocolates, and a little bit of research for a midterm paper, I hiked up the Butte.

Free snacks! These were little heart-shaped cookies that were spread with jam and an apple compote. yumm
Freshly shucked oysters
I've passed this chocolatier a few times now, and decided to give it a shot. Came home with dark chocolate that has fruit and nuts in it.. I'll let you know how it goes. On another note, doesn't my hand look like a foot in this photograph?
